God Loves YOU.

God's love is demonstrative.    It is not simply a feeling that is here one moment and gone the next.  God's love remains constant. It shows, tells, and does. God's love is always present.

If God loves me why do bad things happen?

Some of life's events are good.  These do not cause us to doubt God's love exists.  However, when we consider painful events in life, the temptation to believe God is far, uncaring, insensitive, and uninvolved arises. It is at the time of doubt that we should remember God's commitment to those who love Him.  We can firmly rest on His promise that all of the things that happen in life will be used by Him for our good.  This is God's commitment.

God shows his love.  What are some of the ways God has demonstrated His love for you?

For Your Thoughts:

God loves you "no matter what".  Think about your natural tendencies.  Think about your habits.  What does "no matter what" mean to you?  Consider the measure of unconditional love God has for you.  His Love NEVER fails.
